The My 3D Profile site, chat and forum are freely provided by Kaasie, located in the Netherlands.
In this document, "we" refers to My 3D Profile, "user" refers to you as a registered user of My 3D Profile and "Standards" refers to our My 3D Profile Standards as laid down in this document.

As a 16+ user, you are subject to the terms of the My 3D Profile Standards, and other rules that may be published from time to time by My 3D Profile site owner.

My 3D Profile, including its site, chat and forum services, is currently provided as a free service to users who agree to abide by the terms and conditions of our Standards. My 3D Profile reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time. Users who violate the terms of our Standards may be banned permanently from using My 3D Profile.

When you enter My 3D Profile, it is the same as entering any real privately owned facility, like a conference room, movie theater, restaurant, or shopping mall. The manners and laws of real life apply, and we have the right to remove you if you exceed the Standards below.

When you enter My 3D Profile or use its services, it constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below. If you do not agree to abide by our Standards, please do not enter My 3D Profile or use the My 3D Profile facility services.

At My 3D Profile, we wish to promote communication in an atmosphere of mutual respect. We call this a "Fun Place" We remind all of our users that you are entirely responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your behaviour on My 3D Profile. Here are our standards:

We do not tolerate harassment, abuse.

We welcome people of all races, religions, genders, national origins, sexual orientations and points of view. We do not tolerate expressions of bigotry, hatred, harassment or abuse, nor will we tolerate threats of harm to anyone.

Because we encourage discussion and exchange of ideas, we do not allow threatening, defamatory or abusive statements.

Moderators of My 3D Profile must follow our My 3D Profile Ordinances in topic, and content. Moderators may use the ban user only if a participant violates one of the My 3D Profile Standards. Moderators should then contact the My 3D Profile Standards Advisor about the kicked offender.

We encourage My 3D Profile participants not to give personal identifying information or passwords to anyone in chat or forum. Users should be aware that, when they disclose personal identifying information such as their actual name, member name, e-mail address, etc., on a site, the information may be collected and used by others to send that person unsolicited e-mail from other parties.
 

Images

This is an 16+ site. As such, images nudity and of a mildly sexual nature are allowed as long as they confirm to the standards which are generally referred to as ‘soft-core’.

The following content is considered unacceptable:

• Images which are blatantly pornographic i.e. close-ups of genitalia, ‘cum-shots’, graphic depictions of sexual acts in progress, etc.

• Images which depict any child pornography

• Images which depict bestiality in any form

• Images which depict graphic violence

• Images meant to harm other people like hitler, kkk

• Blood and gore
   

The following content is permitted:

• Erotic art (in compliance with the above guidelines)

• Images containing adult nudity

• Images containing fondling while not depicting full penetration in close detail

• Images of same-sex erotica (in compliance with the above guidelines)

• Images of bondage (in compliance with the above guidelines)
  
  We do NOT allow 18+ pictures in avatars such as intercourse, penis etc, etc. this applies to real pictures, not to avatars created in 3D environments like RLC or IMVU
  
  any violation of these guidelines will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis by the site administrators and punitive action may be taken including a warning or possible termination of your account on this website and a ban. Three warnings result in an automatic ban from this website for an amount of time determined by the site administrators. However for extreme cases of violation the administrators reserve the right to ban without a warning.

We do not allow illegal activities

Although this seems obvious, we will not allow any illegal activities. Specifically, we won't let you advocate illegal conduct or participate in illegal, criminal or fraudulent schemes. Even though it is not exactly illegal, we will not let you impersonate someone else, including one of our moderators.

Stalking of others, through our services, or in another manner, is a serious offense. In many areas, such behavior is considered to be a criminal act. We reserve the right to release information to the proper authorities, because of a violation of our standards, or because of unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, and if we deem it necessary and/or appropriate.

We cannot guarantee the content of comments that you will receive while you are online. Other people's comments may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate.

While My 3D Profile conducts on a broad range of wide related topics and subjects, the My 3D Profile staff and volunteer moderators do not offer professional advice of any kind. Moderators speak from their own experience and voice their own opinions when helpful for conducting a conversation. Moderators claim no professional or expertise or authority, and My 3D Profile claims no responsibility for their remarks.

We do our best to encourage comfort and discourage disruptive communication.

My 3D Profile does not allow posting pop-ups and sounds that contain destructive features, such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, etc. We discourage disruptive conduct: persistent off-topic comments in a topic-oriented conference, statements that incite others to violate the My 3D Profile ordinances.

Users inviting others to visit Web sites with content that do not comply with My 3D Profile Standards are considered to be in violation of our Standards and subject to action by the moderator and other My 3D Profile staff.

We encourage communication between our members, but posting or transmitting of unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation to other users, in My 3D Profile, except in those areas that maybe designated for such a purpose, is not allowed.

Premiums
disruptive behaviour

If a premium member gets banned for disruptive behaviour the premium membership will be ended instantly on ban without right to reimbursement.

My 3D Profile PRIVACY STATEMENT

Kaasie will respect the privacy of its users in accordance with My 3D Profile's Privacy Policy Code. Solely if a user violates My 3D Profile's Code of Conduct or infringes any statute law, will the provider release personal information to the proper authorities.

Information Collection and Use:

Kaasie is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this Statement.

Registration:

We ask our user to first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their some information such as name, email address. We encourage our users to register so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site. Any visitor over a certain age can join in as a guest without having to register or provide us with any personally identifiable information.

We use the information we collect from our members during the registration process to make My 3D Profile and its co-branded partners better and more responsive to users, and to help us customize the service and target advertising. At our discretion, we will make the information about My 3D Profile users available in aggregate form to help describe and identify our users to business partners, co-branded sites, the industry, and the public, as well as our advertisers. We will not share any detailed individual member information with other companies unless the member explicitly agrees to our doing so.

Cookies:

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. My 3D Profile does not use cookie technology to obtain any information from its online visitors.

Log Files:

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Website.We also track the total number of visitors to our site in an aggregate form (this means you're one of the bunch, your information isn't singled out) to allow us to update and improve our site, and tell other people something about the numbers of people who come to My 3D Profile. Personally identifiable information is not extracted in this process.

Sharing:

We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Security:

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information that information is encrypted. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information offline. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked cage.

We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are able to un-subscribe from service announcements and newsletters. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email.
